Re-Visit Disorder- One Night Performance

Neu Kirche Contemporary Art Center presents a new public work by July featured resident artist, Michael Koliner as part of NK’s public art program, Fallow Grounds for Sculpture (FG).

Public space has potential. It can be occupied, developed, privatized, destroyed and renewed. It is a place for everyone.

It exists on the outside of architecture. This works puts on display a story of extreme personal strife. It focuses on a family’s narrative, one that would otherwise go unrecognized, we will demonstrate the potential for public space as a forum.

The delineation between private and public, safe and unsafe, personal and universal are issues reinforced by the structures we build. Through the use of sculpture and storytelling Fallow Grounds artist, Michael Koliner will create a moment for these things to be confronted.

This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
